Driver ReviewRemember the schoolboy joke - "What comes out of your nose at 200 mph?" - well here's the answer - a real Lamborgreenie! This is the one car I really didn't want to borrow - a) completely not my style with its "look at me" lime green body (and interior!) and scissor doors; b) really wide on the road and c) ridiculously powerful - 560 bhp V12. However, the time came to give this car a blast around the Sussex countryside, and actually my preconceptions were blown away, together with any loose skin on my face. This car drives more like a single-seater racing car! Very smooth power delivery, easy gear change with the manual 6-speed box (which delivers over 90 mph in 2nd, incidentally), and, remarkably, incredible handling. Even with the 2.5 metre width of this brute, it was actually quite an easy car to drive, although of course extremely exhilarating. Of course, no experience in a Lamborghini would be complete without something breaking - in this case it was the handbrake seizing! So once the kind man from the RAC had disconnected the handbrake entirely, there was the added challenge of doing hill-starts just with nimble footwork to balance the power from growling 6-litre lump sitting behind my head. But even with this and the normal intimidation of buses and lorries, the drive back to London in the early hours of a weekday morning was remarkably easy. So in summary, the report is definitely "could do better" in the taste stakes, but absolutely "able and gifted pupil" on the exotic and driveability scale.

Passenger ReviewThis is one of the hardest cars I’ve had to review. I didn’t really like the look of the car from the outside. It was very wide (and had a sickly green paint job!) and so didn’t really make me think “Wow! What a stylish car.” But when you’re moving it feels great. The ride is smooth and the back never tries to get away due to the massive back tyres. It has a nice noise too. Lower than the Gallardo but more of a Ferrari-ish noise. The V12 engine will make this car do 202 mph but even at 40 or 50 you feel your eyes being sucked into your skull as your body is pushed back into the seat as you accelerate. This is a good car but not one of my all time favourites
